Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit one to claim an order, buy credits or start a subscription. It is how we identify your balance and order history — we do not ask for a password.
• The links you submit and the resulting file name and size, so we can generate the download and show it in your history.
• Payment records — amount, currency, method and provider reference. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Basic analytics — page path, referrer, screen size, browser language, time zone, IP address and user agent. These are used for traffic measurement and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

We do not store the files you download. They are streamed from the source host to you and the temporary access token is discarded. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your email or download history with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Download access tokens and outgoing email logs are automatically purged after 30 days by a scheduled job. Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed to support refunds, chargebacks and accounting obligations. Analytics events are retained in aggregate.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase — database and backend hosting
• PayPal, Paydisini and Luno — payment processing
• Google Analytics — traffic measurement
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the generator form

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Generating a link also means the source file host sees a request from our infrastructure, not from you.

Cookies and local storage

We store your email address in your browser's local storage so you do not have to retype it, and we use cookies for analytics and for admin sessions. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved email from this device.

Your choices

To request a copy of the data tied to your email address, or to have it deleted, contact us on Discord. Deleting your data also removes any remaining credit balance and order history, which cannot be restored afterwards.
