Terms of Service

What the service does

Premium Downloader takes a link you already have to a file on a supported host and retrieves that file through premium accounts we maintain, returning a direct download link to you. We do not host, index, search or catalogue files, and we do not provide a way to find content.

Acceptable use

By using the service you confirm that:

• You have the right to download the file at the link you submit, and doing so does not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
• You will not use the service to distribute malware, child sexual abuse material, or content that is illegal where you are.
• You will not resell, automate abusively against, or attempt to circumvent the limits, rate limiting or bot protection of the service.

We may refuse or cancel any request and suspend access where we believe these terms have been broken. Rights holders can reach us on Discord to report misuse.

Identifying you

The service uses your email address as your identifier. There is no password. Anyone who knows the email address you used can see the order history and balance tied to it, so use an address you control and do not share it. Do not submit links you consider sensitive.

Billing and credits

• Pay-as-you-go is charged at $0.05 per 100MB, measured in 100MB blocks rounded up. Subscription plans are billed at the price and quota shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Credits and subscriptions are tied to the email address used at checkout and cannot be transferred.
• Prices and plan quotas may change. Changes apply to future purchases, not to a term you have already paid for.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Availability

The service depends on third-party file hosts that change their systems without notice. Support for any individual host may degrade or stop working, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular link will resolve. Where a paid request fails for a reason on our side, the refund policy applies.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not responsible for the content of files you download or for what you do with them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy.
