Nexusmods premium link generator

Nexusmods is the premier repository for game modifications, hosting millions of mods for thousands of games. Users typically find mods for popular titles like Skyrim, Fallout, and Cyberpunk 2077. When you download a mod from Nexusmods as a free user, you often encounter slow download speeds and waiting times between downloads, making the process tedious, especially for large files.

About Nexusmods

Nexusmods is a platform where mod creators upload their work for gamers to download. Each mod is assigned its own page with a download link. Free users can download mods, but the site imposes speed limits and timeouts to manage server load. The platform also offers a premium membership for faster downloads. It is widely used by PC gamers and modding enthusiasts looking to customize their gaming experience.

What slows down a free Nexusmods download

  • Free downloads are throttled to slower speeds, often making large mods take a long time.
  • You must wait a certain period between successive downloads, typically several seconds or minutes.
  • Simultaneous downloads are limited to one file at a time for free users.
  • Download links may require solving a captcha or waiting for a countdown timer.

Our generator sits in front of limits like these for the hosts we serve. Nexusmods is not one of them right now: none of our premium accounts can fetch its files. Paste a link above and leave your email to be told when that changes. See pricing.

Nexusmods downloads: questions people ask

Why are my downloads from Nexusmods so slow without a premium account?

Nexusmods intentionally caps free download speeds to encourage premium subscriptions. The exact speed limit varies but is significantly slower than what premium users get. Using a debrid service like Premium Downloader can bypass these limits by providing faster server connections.

Can I download mods from Nexusmods without creating an account?

Yes, but only if the mod author has allowed public downloads. Many mods require a free Nexusmods account to download due to the site's download manager system. Even with an account, free users face speed and queue restrictions.

What is the difference between 'Slow Download' and 'Mod Manager Download' on Nexusmods?

'Slow Download' is the direct download link for free users, limited to slow speeds. 'Mod Manager Download' is a file meant for automatic installation via mod managers like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2, and it also has speed limits for free users. Premium Downloader can accelerate either.

Does Premium Downloader work with Nexusmods CDN links?

Yes, Premium Downloader can handle direct download links from Nexusmods' CDN. Simply paste the full download URL (e.g., from the 'Slow Download' button) into the input box, and we will process it on our high-speed servers, bypassing the free user speed cap.

How much does downloading from Nexusmods cost?

We cannot serve Nexusmods right now, so there is no price for it. Paste a Nexusmods link and leave your email, and we will tell you when it is supported. For the hosts we do serve, each file has one price, set by its host class and its size, or is taken from a package's quota. The pricing page lists those hosts and their prices.

Is it safe to use this Nexusmods generator?

Transfers run over HTTPS end to end. We do not store the files you download or keep a record of your download history beyond what is needed to deliver the link you requested.
